Our research addresses the following lines of research: environmental genomics or eco-genomics, ecology of extreme environments and global change, microbial oceanography and atmosphere-earth-ocean coupling, environmental pollution, ecosystem services and functional ecology, microbial ecology, and theoretical ecology.
